Die vor den Toren Dresdens gelegene Stadt besticht durch ihre architektonischen H\u00f6hepunkte und den zahlreichen aus buntem Sandstein erbauten Geb\u00e4uden. Sp\u00e4testens in Pirna wird allen Campern klar: Das Elbsandsteingebirge S\u00e4chsische Schweiz ist erreicht!<\/p>\n<p>Von Pirna aus ist es nur noch ein Katzensprung bis zur Festung K\u00f6nigstein \u2013 eine der gr\u00f6\u00dften und zweifellos eine der spektakul\u00e4rsten Bergfestungen Europas. Erbaut auf einem gut 240 Meter in die H\u00f6he ragenden Felsplateau, beherbergt die Festung ein sehenswertes milit\u00e4rhistorisches Freilichtmuseum. Der wahre H\u00f6hepunkt ist aber ganz klar die fantastische Panoramasicht auf die S\u00e4chsische Schweiz, die einem von der Festung K\u00f6nigstein aus zu F\u00fc\u00dfen liegt. Der Blick auf den nahegelegenen Lilienstein \u2013 das gut 415 Meter hohe Wahrzeichen der S\u00e4chsischen Schweiz, erf\u00fcllt Wohnmobil-Urlauber aller Fasson geradezu mit Ehrfurcht.<\/p>\n<p><b>Unser Tipp<\/b>: Es lohnt sich, die Festung K\u00f6nigstein schon in den Morgenstunden zu erklimmen. Das Wandern von zumindest einer Etappe ist daher schon fast Pflicht.
