Ausgeschlafen und nach einem \u00fcppigen Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck machten wir uns danach mit dem Taxi auf, den Star unserer Reise in Empfang zu nehmen: unseren Camper.<\/p>\n<p>Der wartete bereits startklar auf uns, und zwar vor der Filiale von Apollo Motorhome Holidays im Stadtteil Tarent Point. TUI arbeitet weltweit mit renommierten Wohnmobil-Anbietern zusammen, die Qualit\u00e4t und besten Service bieten. Bei der Buchung haben wir uns f\u00fcr das Modell Euro Tourer entschieden. Dabei handelt es sich um einen ausgebauten Transporter, genauer gesagt einen Mercedes Sprinter. Nat\u00fcrlich gibt es bei TUI Camper unz\u00e4hlige Wohnmobil-Varianten, die ihr ausw\u00e4hlen k\u00f6nnt. So findet ihr garantiert ein Fahrzeug, das euren Anspr\u00fcchen und Erwartungen gerecht wird. Nat\u00fcrlich m\u00fcsst ihr den Camper nicht nach Sydney zur\u00fcckbringen. Doch zun\u00e4chst das Formelle: Wir legten die Buchungsbest\u00e4tigung vor, dazu die F\u00fchrerscheine (national und international), unsere Reisep\u00e4sse und unsere Kreditkarte, die mit 250 Dollar Kaution belastet wurde. Auch wenn wir am liebsten sofort starten wollten, hie\u00df es, bei der Einweisung noch einmal gut aufzupassen, denn jedes Detail am Camper ist wichtig und wohl durchdacht. Wir waren beeindruckt, wie ger\u00e4umig der Euro Tourer ist und wo sich \u00fcberall sinnvoller Stauraum auftat. Es gab f\u00fcr alles gen\u00fcgend Platz und Ausstattung und Aufteilung stimmten exakt mit unseren Bed\u00fcrfnissen \u00fcberein. Kleidung und Textilien geh\u00f6ren in die H\u00e4ngeschr\u00e4nke, das empfindliche Foto- und Video-Equipment lagerten wir am Boden des Campers.<\/p>\n<p>Das Wohnmobil ist \u2013 neben Adaptern, Geschirr und K\u00fcchenutensilien &#8211; mit Bettzeug und Handt\u00fcchern ausgestattet. Das k\u00f6nnt ihr nutzen, um eure wertvolle Technik zus\u00e4tzlich zu sch\u00fctzen. Da wir in den n\u00e4chsten Tagen unserer Reise kurvige K\u00fcstenstra\u00dfen befahren und im Inland auch vor etwas holprigeren Strecken nicht Halt machen wollten, lie\u00dfen wir offene F\u00e4cher und Ablagefl\u00e4chen frei.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcberlegt euch gut, welche Reiseutensilien auf eurem Trip schnell griffbereit sein m\u00fcssen. \u00dcberpr\u00fcft die Ablagem\u00f6glichkeiten im Fahrerbereich, damit ihr eure Wertsachen und Reisedokumente in Reichweite habt.<\/p>\n<p>Kleiner Geheimtipp: Sperriges k\u00f6nnt ihr gut in der Dusche lagern, wenngleich Lebensmittel im Sanit\u00e4rbereich nat\u00fcrlich nichts zu suchen haben.<\/p>\n<p>Kulturtaschen zum Aufh\u00e4ngen verwandeln die Nasszelle \u00fcbrigens in ein gut sortiertes Badezimmer und die Zahnb\u00fcrste bleibt auch auf winkligen Serpentinenstra\u00dfen an ihrem Platz. Bevor ihr losfahrt, solltet ihr noch einmal alle Schrankverschl\u00fcsse und die Sicherung vom K\u00fchlschrank \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen.
