Das liegt am h\u00f6heren Gewicht sowie der L\u00e4nge und H\u00f6he des Fahrzeugs. Brechen Sie auf Ihre erste Wohnmobil-Tour auf, sollten Sie sich daher zun\u00e4chst mit dem Camper vertraut machen \u2013 und zwar bevor Sie \u00fcber Landstra\u00dfen oder Autobahnen fahren.<\/p>\n<p>Am besten, Sie steuern direkt nach der \u00dcbernahme Ihres Wohnmobils eine geeignete \u00dcbungsfl\u00e4che an. In Frage daf\u00fcr kommen vor allem <strong>gro\u00dfe Parkpl\u00e4tze<\/strong>, wo Sie Platz zum Steuern, Anfahren und Bremsen haben. Das k\u00f6nnen beispielsweise Supermarkparkpl\u00e4tze an einem Sonntag sein. In Frage kommen aber auch Messegel\u00e4nde abseits von Messen oder Gewerbegebiete au\u00dferhalb der Arbeitszeiten. Befindet sich kein weitestgehend freier Gro\u00dfparkplatz in der N\u00e4he, k\u00f6nnen Sie auch auf <strong>wenig befahrenen (und m\u00f6glichst breiten) Nebenstra\u00dfen<\/strong> ein Gef\u00fchl f\u00fcr das Fahrverhalten Ihres Wohnmobils bekommen. Tipp: Oft erhalten Sie bei Ihrem Vermieter eine kurze Wohnmobil-Einweisung. Gut m\u00f6glich, dass Sie vor Ort bereits einen Mini-Fahrtest machen k\u00f6nnen. Nutzen Sie die Gelegenheit und fragen Sie nach geeigneten \u00dcbungsfl\u00e4chen in der N\u00e4he.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcben sollten Sie insbesondere Kurvenfahren, Bremsen, Beschleunigen und Einparken. Auf Parkpl\u00e4tzen kann es Sinn machen, einen kleinen Parcours aus Verkehrsh\u00fctchen, Kartons oder Wasserflaschen aufzubauen, um ein besseres Gef\u00fchl f\u00fcr die Ma\u00dfe des Wohnmobils zu bekommen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die \u00dcbungsrunde sollten Sie mindestens 45 Minuten einplanen. fahren. Als Wohnmobilfahranf\u00e4nger profitieren Sie von diesen Tipps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>\u00dcben Sie das Bremsen auf leerer Strecke<\/strong>. Sie werden feststellen: Durch das h\u00f6here Gewicht dauert es ungewohnt lange, bis Ihr Camper zum Stehen kommt. Es ist wichtig, dass Sie fr\u00fchzeitig ein Gef\u00fchl f\u00fcr das Bremsverhalten Ihres Fahrzeugs bekommen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Halten Sie gen\u00fcgend Sicherheitsabstand<\/strong>. Denn durch den im Vergleich zum Pkw deutlich l\u00e4ngeren Bremsweg, ist auch mehr Abstand zu vorausfahrenden Fahrzeugen erforderlich. Gerade auf den ersten Kilometern Ihrer Tour sollten Sie sich das immer wieder bewusst machen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bekommen Sie ein Gef\u00fchl f\u00fcr die Beschleunigung Ihres Wohnmobils<\/strong>. In Folge der Masse des Campers ist nicht nur der Bremsweg l\u00e4nger. Das Fahrzeug beschleunigt auch langsamer. Waghalsige \u00dcberholman\u00f6ver sind daher tabu!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bleiben Sie bei kurvigen Strecken besonders aufmerksam<\/strong>. Durch den h\u00f6her liegenden Schwerpunkt wirken ganz andere Kr\u00e4fte und die Kippneigung ist deutlich gr\u00f6\u00dfer als bei einem Pkw. Sie m\u00fcssen daher rechtzeitig und mit kleineren Bewegungen lenken.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fahren Sie nicht bei starkem Wind<\/strong>. Durch die gr\u00f6\u00dfere Angriffsfl\u00e4che ger\u00e4t das Wohnmobil leichter ins Schwimmen. Gerade bei starkem Wind oder Sturm sollten Sie daher besser nicht fahren. Erh\u00f6hte Aufmerksamkeit ist auch bei besonders exponierten Lagen (z.B. auf Br\u00fccken) oder bei \u00dcberholen von Lkw geboten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bleiben Sie ruhig<\/strong>. Wenn Sie ein Wohnmobil fahren, werden Sie von ungeduldigen Autofahrern mitunter h\u00e4ufiger gedr\u00e4ngelt als Sie es von der Fahrt mit dem Pkw gewohnt sind. Lassen Sie sich dadurch nicht verunsichern und halten Sie sich an die Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzungen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Behalten Sie die Ma\u00dfe Ihres Fahrzeugs immer im Blick<\/strong>. Am besten Sie schreiben sich die Ausmessungen auf einen Zettel, den Sie im Cockpit immer griffbereit haben. Gerade bei niedrigen Br\u00fccken oder schmalen Stra\u00dfen ist Vorsicht geboten! Und auch Parkh\u00e4user sind (fast) immer tabu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Planen Sie ausreichend Pausen ein<\/strong>. Denn die Fahrt mit dem Wohnmobil ist mental deutlich anstrengender als eine gew\u00f6hnliche Autofahrt.
